This was part of a gift set that I gave my BIL's girlfriend for her birthday last September. I wrapped it all in a clear bag with pink/white bow of course I did not take a picture of it AFTER I wrapped it up. It was a 3 x 5 notepad with cover, monogram post-it-note key chain and a coaster post-it note pad using the bind-it-all.
